I, Mark Andrew Smith retain the copyright on all of my photos even those released for public viewing, download and reuse, be it commercial or private use.  It would be appreciated if when you use or reuse my work you acknowledge my work with something like… “Photos courtesy of Mark Andrew Smith”

Royalty Free

I do not charge for viewing, downloading nor reuse of my work, they are royalty free, for both private and commercial use.

However, a donation by buying me a coffee would not go amiss.

Other Notes

• Some galleries are behind a login, this is because family members or friends, do not want their children published on the Internet, but this still allows the user to enjoy a private viewing of my photograph gallery.  Logins are free, just email me and let me know which gallery you want access to.
